1. Comprehensive Terms & Conditions

Introduction and Acceptance By using this website or engaging in business with the Avraamidis Group (including our subsidiaries Equipra, Nomad Tyres, and Conveyor Zone), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use. These terms govern all sales, technical consultations, and digital interactions.

Industrial Equipment Liability Disclaimer All machinery and parts are provided for professional use by qualified operators. Avraamidis Group shall not be held liable for:

• Any personal injury or property damage resulting from the operation of heavy machinery.

• Consequential losses or "liquidated damages" arising from equipment downtime or site delays.

• Misuse of products that fall outside of the manufacturer’s original design specifications.

Technical Specifications and Accuracy While we strive for 100% accuracy, technical data, load capacities, and tire tread specifications are provided as a guide. The final responsibility for ensuring equipment is fit for a specific purpose rests with the buyer. We reserve the right to update specifications as manufacturers improve their products.

Global Logistics and "24-Hour Dispatch" Our 24-hour dispatch commitment applies to business days (Monday-Friday) for items currently in stock. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• International customs inspections or import hold-ups.

• "Force Majeure" events (strikes, extreme weather, or global shipping bottlenecks).

• Inaccurate shipping documentation provided by the client.

Retention of Title Ownership of any goods (machinery, tires, or conveyor systems) remains with the Avraamidis Group until full payment has been received and cleared in our bank account.

2. Expanded Privacy & Data Policy (GDPR Compliant)

B2B Data Processing In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process "Business Contact Information." This includes names, job titles, and company emails used for the sole purpose of fulfilling contracts, providing quotes, and managing our professional relationship with you.

Data Retention We retain commercial data (invoices and contracts) for the duration required by Cyprus Law and international tax regulations. Marketing data (newsletter subscriptions) is kept only as long as you remain an active subscriber.

Third-Party Sharing We only share your data with:

• Logistics Partners: To facilitate your 24-hour dispatch and delivery.

• Manufacturers: For warranty registrations and technical support.

• Legal Authorities: Only when required by law or for fraud prevention.

3. Returns & Industrial Refund Policy

Machinery and Special Orders Specialized machinery and custom-built conveyor systems are non-returnable once the order is confirmed and production/shipping has commenced.

Unused Parts & Tires Unused parts and tires in their original condition may be returned within 14 days, subject to a [XX]% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our Cyprus hub.

Warranty Claims All products are backed by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Avraamidis Group will act as your liaison to expedite any technical claims, but the final decision on warranty coverage remains with the manufacturer.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including the logos for Equipra, Nomad Tyres, and Conveyor Zone, as well as all text and project news—is the intellectual property of Avraamidis Group. Unauthorized reproduction for commercial use is strictly prohibited.
